About the Artist

I am an Italian contemporary artist based in Versailles, whose international journey between Brazil, Hong Kong and Singapore has infused every one of my creations. Originally from Italy, I lived on three continents and draw my inspiration from the countries and cultures that form part of my inner world.

For many years my world was made of words — press releases, communication strategies, storytelling for others. Then, one day, I felt the need to tell my own story, this time not through words but through colour, layers and emotion. That's how painting entered my life: first as an instinct, then as a revelation.

"From PR to painting, from communication to creation — it all connects. In the end, art is still about storytelling… just with a different language."

My palette often carries gold, pink, green and metallic shades — acrylic colour and paste on canvas, mixed media, built in layers that enhance depth and let materials, light and form speak to one another.

"I paint from the perspective of an expatriate woman. Every canvas reflects the emotional bonds I have formed with the places I have lived in — their atmospheres, their colours, the memories they left within me."

Series I

The Bloom Series

Cascading petals rendered in thick acrylic relief. Wisteria, amethyst, peony — flowers become a vocabulary for memory, tenderness, and the delicate line between control and chaos.

Series II

The Golden Series

Versailles, where I live, is a constant source of inspiration — its gilded ornament, its particular light. Gold leaf and metallic pigment are layered into acrylic paste, a slow dialogue between matter and reflection.

Series III

The Nature Series

Brazil and South Asia left a strong imprint on my mind. Rather than depict landscapes directly, these works translate natural rhythms — organic movement, filtered light, the quiet intensity of tropical nature — into layered abstraction.

Materials & Method

Layers of paste, gold, and light

Texture detail, teal and sand Texture detail, rose gold leaf Texture detail, deep gold

I love adding texture to my work — acrylic paste, gold leaf and mixed media, carefully layered onto the canvas to build depth, and a dynamic interaction between material, light and form.

A Side Project

Art, jewels & gastronomy — the Italian way

AperArte is a multidisciplinary concept I co-created with jewellery artisan Emilia Fusi and gastronome Elisabeth Licciardi — an evening where painting, jewellery and food enter into dialogue. My canvases become the starting point: their colours and textures directly inspire the jewellery and the dishes served.

Held in Versailles in a spirit that is profoundly Italian and resolutely contemporary, each edition is a celebration of art de vivre — a moment suspended, where colour meets taste, and creativity meets conviviality.
